More than just food, a Culinary Journey of passion

AnnyTasty Foods & Culinary Academy began with a simple but powerful dream: to bring high-quality training in cooking, baking, and pastry arts to Uyo. With courses that blend local Nigerian flavors with continental techniques, we believe that great food starts where tradition meets innovation.

We set out to do things differently. Each student not only learns how to cook and bake beautifully, but also how to manage the business side of food, from costing and packaging, to branding and food photography. There are no shortcuts: we provide hands-on work, real materials, collaborative projects, and even accommodation for those who travel in from afar.

Our kitchen has seen batches of hopeful learners turn into confident culinary creators. We’ve opened our doors for discounted training sessions, celebrated graduations, and made sure that every student leaves with more than just a certificate with experience, with purpose, and with a taste for excellence.

About the Founder/CEO

Ann, the visionary behind AnnyTasty Culinary Academy, is a graduate of Communication Arts from the University of Uyo, with postgraduate studies in Business and Organisational Communications. A wife, mother of three, creative writer, and poet, she brings her natural flair for cooking and baking into a career that has impacted thousands.

With over 7 years in business and more than 5,000 people trained, including official programs in schools and NYSC orientation camps. Ann has grown AnnyTasty into a hub for culinary excellence. Under her leadership, the academy produces professional bakers and chefs while also offering luxury cakes, African and continental dishes, outdoor catering, and a walk-in restaurant.

Easygoing and approachable, Ann combines her passion for food with a genuine love for people, making AnnyTasty not just a place to learn, but a place to belong.
